Clinical: This position serves as a General Cardiologist within the Division of Cardiology at OHSU. Clinical duties primarily involve medical management of patients with chronic or acute heart disease in ambulatory and inpatient settings, with primary responsibilities in the ambulatory clinic where you would be part of a large collaborative group including physicians, APPs, and an excellent support team. The Advanced Practice Provider will provide both inpatient and outpatient initial consultation for Complex Heart Valve Clinic patients as well as consultative follow up and care pre and post procedures. You will be directed/supervised by Heart Valve team physicians, to include invasive and non-invasive cardiologists and surgeons that work together in a management team. This position works with students, residents and fellows in teaching about the consistent standard of care within the Complex Heart Valve Clinic, as well as supporting the orientation and training of new staff caring for Complex Heart Valve Clinic patients.    

This position serves as a Structural Imaging Echocardiographer that works in the section of Interventional Cardiology.    Clinical: Duties include structural imaging for tricuspid valve, mitral valve, aortic valve procedures, as well as atrial appendage, PFO, and para-valvular leak closure procedures. Duties include outpatient valvular heart disease clinic, general inpatient cardiology, and general cardiology consults.   

Clinical: 100% of time will be spent clinically as a Cardio-oncologist, working collaboratively with the Knight Cancer Institute. Duties will include medical management of cancer patients with chronic or acute heart disease, managing critically ill patients with primary cardiac disorders in an ambulatory setting. Performing consultation services, reading echocardiograms, participating in, and developing outreach programs as needed. Your primary role will focus on the development of our ambulatory general cardiology clinics and our inpatient cardiology consult service. and leading personnel on the service.

Duties will include medical management of patients with chronic or acute heart disease, chronic vascular disease, managing critically ill patients with primary cardiac disorders in an ambulatory setting. Clinical. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated cardiologist, specializing in the care of patients with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy and/or Cardiac Amyloidosis, within the Division of Cardiology and KCVI. The APP will serve as a faculty member in the general cardiology clinic.    Responsibilities will be primarily focused on providing excellent general cardiology care to a diverse panel of patients in collaboration with the physician faculty members, other general cardiology APPs, and our large multi-disciplinary ambulatory team.
