This position will be assigned to the Anatomic Pathology Division, with principal responsibilities in Surgical Pathology, which operates under a subspecialty sign out model. The responsibilities include the clinical service and teaching functions of the GI & Liver pathology subspecialty services, as well as sharing evening and weekend call on an equal basis. The Generalist division provides both inpatient and outpatient care to high-risk patients at OHSU and relatively low-risk, community practice patients at Hillsboro Medical Center, an affiliated facility located 30 minutes west of OHSU, ensuring an ideal patient mix.
