The GI Hospitalist/Assistant Professor will provide consultative care for patients admitted to OHSU. The General GI consult service is supported by a GI fellow and a skilled and experienced advanced practice provider (NP/PA). Clinical duties will primarily consist of providing patient care on the inpatient consult service, Ambulatory endoscopy, and urgent GI clinic.    Duties include: 

This position will provide patient care in the Psychiatric Emergency Service. Psychiatric Emergency Service (PES) - Psychiatrist is responsible for the medical care and psychiatric evaluation of every patient in the PES that is in the facility during their shift.   - Clinical Care: Provide direct psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients presenting to the PES with acute psychiatric conditions.

The Cellular Therapy APP is part of the Center for Hematologic Malignancies (CHM) outpatient clinic. This clinic provides care for cellular therapies such as chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy, acute and long-term care to patients who have undergone an autologous or allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT).    This APP sees up to 12 patients per day, may monitor cell infusions, provide patient education for the cellular therapy the patient is being considered for.

The duties of this position include: The appointee shall provide educational services in the Dental Student Gross Anatomy (DSGA) course (AN 711) as assigned by the Course Director.
