PhD and/or MD
Accomplished academic career with an established and externally funded research program in microbiology or immunology.
Demonstrated excellence in mentorship, faculty development, and research training.
Visionary leadership with experience creating and implementing strategic academic and research initiatives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead with professionalism, integrity, transparency, and collaboration.
Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive academic environments and institutional values.
Ability to lead consistent with OHSU Core Competencies, including collaboration, performance evaluation, and personal effectiveness.
