The Department of Radiation Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) seeks a board-certified/eligible Advanced Practice Provider (APP) (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate) to join our faculty team.
This position offers a unique opportunity to specialize in Central Nervous System (CNS) focused radiation oncology and palliative care within the collaborative environment of Oregon’s only academic medical center.
The appointee will provide high-quality, evidence-based oncology care with a specialized focus on central nervous system (CNS) malignancies, inpatient radiation oncology consult services, and palliative patient management.
The APP will work closely with neuro-oncology, neurosurgery, and palliative care teams to deliver comprehensive, multidisciplinary care for patients with CNS tumors. Approximately 100% of the APP’s effort will be dedicated to clinical care and academic activities in the Department of Radiation Medicine, with a portion of this time protected for academic pursuits such as research, education, and program development.
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week with one weekday off. This role also includes occasional travel to the South Waterfront clinics and may involve performing inpatient consultations.
