The Department of Radiation Medicine at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) is recruiting a radiation oncologist specializing in Pediatric and CNS malignancies. The Department of Radiation Medicine at the Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) Knight Cancer Institute occupies 17,000 square feet on the fourth floor of the Kohler Pavilion on the Marquam Hill campus. Radiation Medicine is a growing entity with several affiliated and satellite sites and has the unique distinction of being the first, independent, academic Department of Radiation Oncology in the country. In addition to clinical excellence, all of our faculty contribute to the educational and research goals of the University. The Department's faculty provide educational services to OHSU School of Medicine, Radiation Therapy Technologist program and its CAMPEP accredited Graduate Medical Physics program. In addition, the faculty train prospective medical physicists and radiation oncologists through the Department's CAMPEP accredited Medical Physics residency program and ACGME-accredited Radiation Oncology residency program.

Our vision is a world freed from the burden of cancer, and our guiding principles remind us we are a bold, supportive, and connected team. About OHSU Link www.ohsu.edu OHSU's singular focus on improving health starts with Oregonians and has global impact. We are the only academic health center in Oregon, but we're also nationally distinct as a university dedicated solely to advancing health sciences. This allows us to concentrate resources on research to prevent and cure disease, on education that prepares physicians, dentists, nurses and other health professionals to succeed in an evolving health care environment, and on patient care that incorporates the latest knowledge and discoveries. We have 16,000 employees and secure competitive research funding of more than $400 million a year. As a public organization, we provide community outreach and services for Oregon's most vulnerable populations.
