The Division of Hematology & Medical Oncology currently has over 110 faculty and is comprised of programs in general hematology, solid tumor oncology, bone marrow transplant & cellular therapy, hematological malignancies, and palliative medicine. The Division also oversees faculty in a number of community practices, known as Community Hematology and Oncology (CHO), and maintains a strong collaboration with the VA Medical Center, linked to the main campus by a skybridge. Our clinical practices enroll more than 5,000 new patients each year.
The Division, the largest component of the Knight Cancer Institute, aims to provide outstanding patient care, ensure access to high-quality clinical and translational clinical trials, and integrate basic research. The Division has grown significantly over the past decade and is projected to continue growing significantly.

We are welcoming applications from clinicians and clinician-scientists to join our Breast Cancer Program. We are looking for individuals who share our goal of growing and fully developing an academic breast cancer program focused on clinical care and collaborative research, offering high-quality clinical and translational clinical trials. The OHSU Knight Cancer Institute is an NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center with basic science and clinical research capabilities already in place. Our focus now is to foment extensive opportunities for collaboration and development of breast cancer clinical and bench-to-bedside investigation initiatives.
