This position will include both a continuity ambulatory practice and coverage clinic.  This position is designed to provide increased after-hours appointment access for practice’s patients as well as increase our overall patient access.  Evening clinic hours will be expected at a 1-2 days a week.  Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other clinicians in our practice is essential. 

 

Faculty in the Division of General Internal Medicine & Geriatrics participate actively in teaching medical students, residents, fellows, and each other. The faculty member will be expected to participate in continuing education, professional and faculty development and scholarship, as directed by his or her department.

 

The successful applicant will perform the following duties:

• Primary care clinician and/or interim, same day or urgent care 7 half days/week at OHSU Primary Care Clinic, Beaverton, OR
• Participate in clinical based teaching of residents and medical students
• Opportunity to attending on an inpatient medicine wards

• MD or DO
